The author of the idea and scientific concept of the construction of the spiritual complex "Otpan" is the famous poet, public figure Sabyr Adai. In 2004, he designed the project of the historical and cultural complex, and its designer-architect Kopbol Demesinov built it. On October 25, 2007, the mausoleum was opened. Currently, by Resolution No. 3 of the Akimat of the Mangystau region dated January 5, 2018, the historical and cultural complex is included in the State List of Historical and Cultural Monuments of Local Significance.

The historical and cultural complex "Adai ata - Otp tau" includes a series of open-air monuments:

The mausoleum of Adai Ata. Aksaray is a 37–meter high white stone mausoleum dedicated to our ancestor Adai Ata and his two sons: Kelimberdy and Kudaike. The mausoleum consists of eight rooms dedicated to the eight grandchildren of Adai Ata. There is a historical museum here that reflects the past life of the region;

The monument "The Image of the mother". The spouse of Adai ata is the image of all mothers. The image of the mother is complemented by the moon, the symbol of the face, the sun, the symbol of the heart, two eagles, denoting two sons, to whom the mother transmits the best human qualities - love of freedom, solidarity, brotherhood. These are two children born from the womb of their mother - Kudaike and Kelimberdi. The mother is the cradle of life and the ancestor of life, the keeper of the hearth. Therefore, this monument is located near the mausoleum of Adai Ata. The height of the monument is 15 meters;

The staircase of 362 steps is a hiking trail consisting of 362 steps, according to the number of holy places in the region, which lead to the top of Otp Tau Mountain;

Tamga of the Adai family. A spear and a saber are depicted on the background of the shield, in the center there is the famous tamga of the Adai family in the form of an arrow pointing upwards and symbolizing courage, country and unity.

The sculpture of the "sky Wolf" is a totem animal, according to an ancient legend, it is considered the ancestor of the entire Turkic people. Kokbori is a Great wolf, a symbol of strength and freedom of the spirit. According to legend, she raised the baby she found - the future batyr;

Adai Ata is a historical figure who played an outstanding role in the formation of the Kazakh people. According to the pedigree, the union of 8 clans of the Adai tribe originated from Adai ata. The history of the origin of Adai ata dates back to the 15th century.
